- Making Dream reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if short notice is given or the order has already been dispatched, delivered, or en route.
- No cancellations will be accepted for prepared orders and ready-to-ship orders.

All cancellation requests, regardless of the timing, will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Refund Policy:
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time will receive an 85% refund (after deducting the 15% cancellation fee).
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time will only receive a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pick-up time are non-refundable.
