For same-day delivery, we provide four convenient options:

Your flowers will be delivered within 3 hours of placing your order. (Cut-off time: 12:00 PM) - Office Hours:
Delivery will take place between 11:45 AM and 04:55 PM. (Cut-off time: 12:00 PM) - Anytime:
Your order will be delivered between 11:00 AM and 09:30 PM. (Cut-off time: 2:00 PM) - Evenings:
Flowers will be delivered between 05:00 PM and 10:30 PM. (Cut-off time: 2:00 PM)
We strive to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and beautiful, no matter which delivery option you choose.
If your order is going to a workplace, please share the office hours when placing it. This helps us deliver during business hours and avoid any missed deliveries.
For home deliveries, our driver will ring the doorbell or call the recipient before leaving the order. If no one is available, the flowers will be placed in a safe spot, protected from the weather. In extreme hot or cold conditions, we will try to leave them with a neighbor if they accept. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the delivery is complete.
For condo or apartment deliveries, we can leave the flowers at the front desk or with the concierge if one is available. Please include the Unit number and buzzer code or clear access instructions when placing your order to help our driver deliver on time.
Please note that extreme weather conditions may affect flower deliveries. During hot weather, flowers are more sensitive to heat, so our delivery drivers will leave them in a shaded area whenever possible. In freezing temperatures (below 0°C), there is a risk of damage to the flowers, if no one is home, we will do our best to leave the delivery with a neighbor who can accept it and send a notification. To help keep your flowers fresh, please bring them inside as soon as possible after delivery.
