Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Same-day delivery is available across Greater Toronto Area. Place your order before 1:00 PM and we will send your flowers and gift in the same day.

Quality Complaints and Returns

If you encounter any issues with the quality of our products, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide Details: Email us at [email protected] with your purchase number and a clear description of the issue.

  2. Attach Photos: Please take clear pictures of the product from different angles to document the problem and attach them to your email.

  3. Timely Complaint: Quality complaints must be reported within the same day as the delivery of the product.

  4. • It’s important to note that we cannot accept disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests once an order is marked as complete. Complaints will also be invalid if submitted more than four days after receiving the flowers.

    • We make every effort to ensure that our flower arrangements closely resemble the pictures on our website. However, due to the natural variations in fresh flowers, seasonal availability, and packaging, there may be slight differences between the product images and the delivered arrangements.

    • If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work promptly to resolve any issues. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Once our customer service team confirms the issue, we will proceed with a replacement or an appropriate solution.

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery in Toronto, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Concord and Markham is 14,99.
Delivery to Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Ajax, Milton, Aurora, and Newmarket is 19.99

Order Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

  • Making Dream reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if short notice is given or the order has already been dispatched, delivered, or en route.
  • No cancellations will be accepted for prepared orders and ready-to-ship orders.

Cancellation Fee:

All cancellation requests, regardless of the timing, will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

Refund Policy:

    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time will receive an 85% refund (after deducting the 15% cancellation fee).
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time will only receive a 50% refund.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pick-up time are non-refundable.
Can I choose a delivery time window?
You can add a preferred time window at checkout. We do our best to meet it; exact times aren’t guaranteed during busy periods.
No Cancellation During Peak Holidays
    • Please note that during peak holiday periods, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and Father’s Day, we may not accept cancellations due to the high volume of orders and the limited window for adjustments.

Can you deliver to hospitals, hotels, or funeral homes?

Yes. Please include the recipient’s full name, room or suite number, and any facility rules in the order notes.

Can I add a custom note?

Yes. Add your message at checkout and we’ll include a free greeting card.
