RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Making Dream, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy carefully to understand the steps for returns and exchanges.

If you encounter any issues with the quality of our products, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide Details: Email us at info@makingdream.ca with your purchase number and a clear description of the issue.

  2. Attach Photos: Please take clear pictures of the product from different angles to document the problem and attach them to your email.

  3. Timely Complaint: Quality complaints must be reported within the same day as the delivery of the product.

  4. • It’s important to note that we cannot accept disputes, chargebacks, or refund requests once an order is marked as complete. Complaints will also be invalid if submitted more than four days after receiving the flowers.

    • We make every effort to ensure that our flower arrangements closely resemble the pictures on our website. However, due to the natural variations in fresh flowers, seasonal availability, and packaging, there may be slight differences between the product images and the delivered arrangements.

    • If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work promptly to resolve any issues. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Once our customer service team confirms the issue, we will proceed with a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Making Dream reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests in cases where short notice is given or the order has already been dispatched, delivered, or is en route.

  • No cancellations will be accepted for prepared orders and ready-to-ship orders.

    • Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time will receive a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time will receive a 50% refund.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pick-up time are non-refundable.
  • Orders that are already in process at the florist, en route, or delivered cannot be changed.

  • Same-day orders are processed immediately and are typically not eligible for changes. If you have concerns about an order scheduled for delivery today, please call us at (647) 500-6948. For other changes, email our customer service.

  • Please note that during peak holiday periods, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and Father’s Day, we may not accept cancellations due to the high volume of orders and the limited window for adjustments.

  1. Governing Law: This return policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.

  2. Limitation of Liability: Making Dream shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

  3. Modification of Policy: Making Dream reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the policy periodically for changes.

  4. Severability: If any provision of this return policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
