Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a love for flowers, and the ability to create arrangements that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions (weddings, events, daily orders)
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and designs based on their needs and budget
• Maintain freshness and quality of flowers and plants
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies
• Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a florist or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle floral materials
